What is a chakra? A chakra is a spinning energy vortex, those that can see them report them to look like spinning wheels, which receive and give energy to the Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical aspects of our bodies, enabling us to stay in balance.

These centres can open up or close down somewhat depending on our thoughts, emotions and feelings. So they can become over energised or under energised, depending on what’s going on in or has gone on in our lives and our thoughts/feelings/perception around these things.

Each chakra is associated with certain areas of the body.  For example, the Throat chakra (communication) in balance we would be able to receive communication, hear what is being said and speak our truth in turn.  If it was over energised we could find ourselves over analysing what others have said to us, we might talk too much or be very opinionated.  If it was under energised we might see signs within ourselves of not listening, not being able to communicate our thoughts/feelings or share our Truth.

In this 2 day course we take an in-depth look at the 7 main chakras and their associated minor chakras.

We look at the location, associated endocrine glands, identity, purpose, colour, primary issues, sense, shadows, related acupressure points and the emotions of each major chakra, plus more.

We dive into various natural remedies to bring balance back to the chakra so we can move forward, achieve our goals and live in accordance to our personal Soul Truth.
