If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, you will receive a full refund if you let me know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment with me.

Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or a "no show", will not receive a refund.

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing. 

This Refund Policy applies to all courses and workshops.

In the event of a cancellation, a refund is given as follows: 

More than 21 days cancellation notice: full refund less $200 non-refundable deposit.

21-7 days cancellation notice: 50% refund of full course fee less $200 non-refundable deposit.

Less than 7 days’ notice: no refund and no transfer to the next time this course runs or to any other course or workshop regardless of circumstance.

Every effort is made to ensure courses are run as per scheduled dates. Energetic Kinesiology with Linda Allen reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrolments or unforeseen circumstances.  In the event of a course being cancelled by Energetic Kinesiology with Linda Allen, course fees will be refunded in full or transferred to a future course date. 

If you are unable to complete a course you have partially attended, you will be able to enrol in the next same course scheduled with a 50% discount of the full course fee.  You will have the option to only enrol in the day(s) of the course that you have not been able to attend with your original course enrolment.

No, all sessions are the one price and are for one hour.

When you purchase a Gift Certificate, you will receive the certificate by email.  This can be printed or simply forwarded by email to your loved one.

The Gift Certificate will have a personal Coupon Code which can be redeemd with any session booking or course enrolment.

Simply enter the Coupon Code when you book and the fee will be reduced by the amount on the certificate.

All Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
